This is an ECU from an early Vitara with the 8V 1.6 engine, the ECU is almost identical to the manual transmission version (33920-56B70). The processor is a 76C75/MH6111, One Time Programmable (OTP) device, I can read the internal memory on these devices using my ROMReader PCB. As standard these ECUs cannot be reprogrammed however I can modify these with a daughterboard that allows them to be remapped.
